Minced Meat & Prawn dumplings 

The dumpling paste tasted very juicy & delicious, even my Lil princess said pass phew And they finished all 26 Happy Mummy! As for the dumpling skin, my only advice is – if you have the free time, go give it a try! You will need a lot of hand power. But it is really worth the effort, the skin tastes so much better than those supermarket ones.

Here is the easiest recipe for the dumpling paste:

(A)

300g of minced meat

300g of minced prawn

Some spring onions

1 tablespoon of minced garlic

Seasoning: 

1 tablespoon of soya sauce, mirin, rice wine, sesame oil

1 teaspoon of Lilo Mushroom Powder

pepper to taste

Instructions:

Deshell/Devine the prawn & mince

Chop spring onion & garlic

Mix (A) +

Use a pair of Chopstick & mix in ONE DIRECTION till the paste is sticky

Chill in the fridge for half hr

Ready to wrap those dumplings up

These dumplings are so much healthier cos you know what ingredients you use & they make great BLW for toddlers.
